It's not about "knowing" things or having experience— it's choosing to not put yourself in certain predicaments. People get hurt, torn, and heartbroken over what's not even real, what's not even love even though that's what they call it. Some ideas if said aloud would probably be new and absurd because people normally just follow everyone else. But instead of following others like one blindfolded, you can try to understand what relationships are about; set the bar on what you will accept for yourself. If you don't come up with your own ideas, the only ideas to follow are society's standards, which aren't always the highest.
